  • What is World Fellow?

    -Word Fellow is a global platform where you can find educational programs. It is a simple way for you or your children to get an international experience and exposure.

  • How do I use World Fellow?

    -We believe in having a very simple process. You can search for programs by using the type of programs and/or the country. You can browse the programs and get more information on them by either clicking on them or chatting with our customer service. If a program interests you, you can either add it to your wish listor book it immediately. For the booking we will ask you to register yourself. The procedure is fairly well intuitive and if you have any problems please chat with our customer services.

  • Why should I use World Fellow?

    -World Fellow is a unique place where you can learn and get information on programs that will give you an international experience. We also give you the possibility of comparing the different program. You can also get help from our customer service. They will guide you in finding the best program that fulfils your requirement.

  • If I don’t have internet can I still use your services?

    -It is mandatory to have Internet to browse our programs.

  • Do you have an app?

    -No, we don’t have an app… yet.

  • What happens after my program?

    -You will be a World Fellow!

  • Why sign up?

    -Signing up is mandatory to book a program.

  • How can I sign up?

    -You can use your Facebook or Google+ account. If you don’t have one or don’t want to use it, you can register simply by adding the requested information.

  • I don’t want to use Facebook or Google + for my registration. Is there any other possibilities?

    -Yes, you can sign up using our Registration Form.

  • I have forgotten my password!

    -Go on Login, then click on “forgot your password” and follow the instructions.

  • Do you have an app?

    -No, we don’t have an app… yet.

  • What happens after my program?

    -You will be a World Fellow!


Privacy and security


  • What will you do with my personal information? Is it safe?

    -Nothing. We will not sell them.

  • Is my credit/debit card, internet banking data safe?

    -Yes, we use the best security systems.

  • How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

    -Just go to the Home Page, click on the World Fellow logo. Scroll down and enter your email in the box under newsletter.

  • How do I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

    -Go on one to the bottom of one of our newsletter and click unsubscribe.

  • I can’t find what I want. What should I do?

    -You can use the chat. You will be connected to our customer service and they will help you.

  • I wish to file a complaint, where can I do it?

    -Contact our customer service via the chat application.

  • I wish to visit you where are you located?

  • What is an educational international program?

    -An educational international program is a unique experience. You will go to another country and acquire some knowledge and experience that will be invaluable for you.

  • I would like to get more information about the programs, how can I proceed?

    -You can chat with our customer service and/or send us an email and/or add a program to your wish list and we will contact you.

  • I want to go into a specific country but I can’t see it, what can I do?

    -Contact us, we will see if we can help you.

  • What is the age limit for the programs?

    -Our program age ranges from 11 years old to 30 years old.

  • Can I give a feedback on the programs?

    -We want you to give a feedback on the program.

  • I want to read on previous experiences where can I find them?

    -You can find them on the program page.

  • How do I book a program?

    -Just click on “Book this Program” and follow the simple steps.

  • How do I book for a class? Group?

    -Some programs can be booked for classes. You can select the option and book for your class.

  • How do I check my cart?

    -Click on the cart icon, on the top right corner.

  • How to I add programs to my cart?

    -Just click on “Add to Cart”.

  • How do I delete programs from my cart?

    -Beside the program just click on the X and it will disappear from your cart.

  • I really like a programme but it is fully booked, what can I do?

    -Contact our customer service.


Pricing and ordering


  • Do you charge any fee?

    -Our fees are in the price.

  • Are the price inflated?

    -We just added our fees, nothing else.

  • Can I use my phone to order?

    -We made sure that our website is mobile friendly. You can use it to book any program.

  • If my internet connection is lost during the process of purchase what can I do?

    -Don’t worry, you can take it from where your connection lost.

  • How much does it cost?

    -All the pricing can be found on the programs.

  • Do I need to sign up to place an order?

    -Yes, you do need to sign up.

  • How can I pay?

    -You can pay via bank transfer or a cheque at:

  • I paid what now?

    -Congratulations! We will contact you and link you to the coordinator of you program. Enjoy!

  • I need to cancel my trip (or my child’s trip)

    -Do contact us or our ground partners. Depending on the timing of cancellation your money might not be entire reimbursed.

  • I selected the wrong date for the program I want. What can I do?

    -Contact our customer service for help.

  • Can I use some financial aid?

    -Some programs might fit in some public or private financial aid. Do look into it to see if you can get help.
