At World Fellow College Study Programs, we partner with professors and colleges/universities to create faculty-led study abroad programs for their students. You’ll be a key member of a regional sales and service team responsible together for expanding our business and ensuring a remarkable experience.
Specifically, you’ll be focused on Partner Support:
-managing a smooth transition from planning to travelling
-understanding and facilitating our partners’ academic and travel goals
-communicating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with university and World Fellow policies and procedures
-anticipating and troubleshooting problems
-growing our business by building and expanding relationships, and by supporting our partners’ success
The Program Coordinator represents World Fellow with professors, administrators, and many others. Working primarily via phone and email, you will guide educators in the process of planning short-term study abroad programs to ensure their success, offering your expertise in World Fellow’s capabilities and procedures and building expertise in their specific programs. You will also work to grow your region by identifying and pursuing opportunities to bring on new partners and to make our existing partners more successful, requiring you to build long-term relationships and navigate sometimes complex institutions.
In this dynamic role your tasks will vary: on a given day you may help professors navigate approval processes, consult on building a successful student recruitment plan, coordinate among multiple campus stakeholders, prepare Group Leaders with important travel information, troubleshoot logistical issues, and answer questions from partners about every detail of their program. You’ll work closely with your regional team, as well as other WF team-members from around the world.
Your performance will be measured by customer satisfaction and retention, and by your regional team’s overall success and growth.

Customer Service Executive - 3 Posts
Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Manager - 1 Post
Responsibilities
- Own the digital marketing P&L for all the platforms, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance and customer acquisition cost.
- Manage and build a team as the number of customer acquisition channels and each of the channels start to scale.

Initiate new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital market space.
- Leverage technology, creativity and data driven insights to optimize campaigns by sharp contextual targeting and retargeting.
- Coordinate with internal (sales, engineering, design) and external (ad networks, agencies, partners) teams to execute on campaigns.

Digital Marketing Executive - 1 Position
Responsibilities
- Perform daily account management on Google Adwords.
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and targeting.

Monitor keyword bids, monthly and daily budget caps and account metrics.
- Administer web analytics dashboard, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of improvement/expansion.
- Manage large keyword lists, analyzing campaign/adgroup/keyword performance and suggesting necessary actions.
- Handles facebook advertising (ads creation, ads monitoring, analysis).
- Create and handle affiliate network.
Requirements

Product Manager - 1 Position
Responsibilities
- Manage the Whole Product-Life Cycle from conception through design, build, release, analysis and iteration .
- Drive a Solution-Set across teams (Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement.

Lead development of new product offerings by conducting market research, user surveys, and the like to understand where and how we can satisfy unmet consumer needs.
- Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) methods to better understand our users’ needs.
- Conduct A/B tests to understand how we can increase the desired use case(s) of our products .
- Analyse market for potential partners for the product.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience developing web products ideally with a background in technical product management or web engineering.
- Capacity to think strategically and an ability to understand how product decision is tied to key business drivers .

Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire frames and mock ups.

Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience using analytics platforms to understand product usability.

An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.
